Method for prolonging service life of refractory material
The invention provides a method for prolonging the service life of a refractory material, and relates to the technical field of refractory material manufacturing. Comprising the following specific steps: preparing raw materials: selecting a 1000L high-temperature-resistant container, preparing refractory aggregate with the particle diameter of 4-7mm in a range of 500kg-650kg, and preparing 80kg-110kg of plastic clay, 20ml-30ml of a binding agent and 8ml-20ml of a plasticizer; s2, mixing and forming: firstly pouring the refractory aggregate into a high-temperature-resistant container, then adding the plastic clay, heating the container after the plastic clay is added until the temperature is increased to 100 DEG C, and then injecting the binding agent. By adopting the advanced casting method, the conditions of insufficient reaction and crack generation during casting of the refractory material can be prevented, so that the service life of the refractory material can be greatly prolonged.
本发明提供一种提高耐火材料使用寿命的方法,涉及耐火材料制作技术领域。包括以下具体方法:原料制备,选取1000升耐高温容器,并制备颗粒直径4~7mm的耐火骨料,耐火骨料制备范围在500㎏~650㎏,及制备80㎏~110㎏的可塑性粘土、20毫升~30毫升的结合剂及8毫升~20毫升的增塑剂;S2、混合成型,首先将耐火骨料倒入耐高温容器内部,之后加入可塑性粘土,在可塑性粘土后对容器进行升温,直至升温至100℃,之后注入结合剂。本发明采用先进的铸造方法能够防止耐火材料在铸造的时候发生反应不充分和产生裂缝的情况,进而可以大幅度地提高耐火材料的使用寿命。
