Construction method of cast-in-place ballast bed embedded continuous bearing turnout
The invention relates to the technical field of rail traffic road construction, aims to solve the technical blank problem in the prior art, and provides a cast-in-place ballast bed embedded continuous supporting turnout construction method which comprises the following steps: constructing a base and marking a line center line, a turnout area contour line, a theoretical turnout center, a turnout starting point, a turnout ending point and other key point positions; installing a turnout steel tank and then finely adjusting and fixing; a ballast bed reinforcement cage is bound on the base, a ballast bed formwork is installed at the position of the turnout zone contour line, and concrete is poured; turnout steel rail pieces are laid on the cast-in-place roadbed slab and adjusted in place, and welding is completed; mounting an elastic base plate and a heightening base plate in the turnout steel tank; the turnout steel rail piece falls into the steel tank, and the geometric shape and position are adjusted and temporarily fixed; and a high-molecular elastic material is poured to lock the steel rail piece. Most of the steps of the construction method are implemented on site, the risk of transferring and hoisting long and large steel rail pieces and heavy objects such as track plates is reduced, and on-site operation is more convenient and faster.
