The invention discloses a rail construction method for a resin sleeper turnout ballast bed. The rail construction method comprises the following steps that S1, construction preparation is conducted; s2, turnout and track panel assembling; s201, carrying out substrate treatment; s202, measuring and setting a base mark; s203, distributing the resin sleepers, the turnouts and the fasteners; s204, assembling and erecting a turnout and a track panel; s3, ballast bed reinforced concrete construction; s301, steel bars are bound and welded; s302, the formwork is installed and reinforced; s303, track adjustment and state inspection are carried out; s304, ballast bed concrete pouring is conducted; s305, the formwork is removed; and S4, maintaining and repairing the resin sleeper. A whole set of rail construction method formed by the resin sleepers is adopted, after urban rail transit transfer nodes are built, connection with other lines is needed in the later period, an existing track bed does not need to be chiseled away, bolt mounting holes can be directly formed in the tops of the existing resin sleepers, and connection of the connection lines can be completed by replacing and additionally installing a set of turnouts; the method is convenient and fast, greatly shortens the reconstruction period, and reduces the risk hidden danger of an operation line.
