The invention discloses a method for excavating slide-resistant piles adjacent to an existing highway, an existing side slope is arranged on one side of the existing highway, a plurality of to-be-excavated areas which are sequentially arranged are arranged on the existing side slope, and a first to-be-excavated section and a second to-be-excavated section are continuously arranged in each to-be-excavated area in the vertical direction; the method comprises the steps that excavation is conducted in a current to-be-excavated area, and a current pile hole is formed; and excavating in a target to-be-excavated area which is spaced from the current to-be-excavated area by at least two to-be-excavated areas to form a target pile hole. According to the method, excavation is carried out in the current to-be-excavated area and the target to-be-excavated area which is spaced from the current to-be-excavated area by at least two to-be-excavated areas, disturbance to a slope soil body is reduced, the slope soil body is prevented from sliding to an adjacent existing highway, the traffic influence of slide-resistant pile construction on the existing highway is reduced, and in addition, the construction efficiency is improved. Construction of the second to-be-excavated section is guided through the first to-be-excavated section, and the hole forming quality of the slide-resistant pile is improved.
