The invention discloses a construction method for anti-slide piles adjacent to an existing highway. An existing side slope is arranged on one side of the existing highway. The method comprises the steps that a mechanical excavation mode is adopted, the existing side slope is excavated, and a to-be-holed area is formed; in the area to be subjected to hole forming, a square hole type grooving machine is used for hole forming, and a pile hole of the anti-slide pile is formed; a fore shaft disc and a fore shaft protective ring are formed in the pile hole in a pouring mode, and a reinforcement cage is installed in the pile hole; a tumbling barrel is installed in the pile hole so that the tumbling barrel can wrap the reinforcement cage; and the anti-slide pile is formed through pouring by taking the fore shaft retainer as a template foundation. According to the anti-slide pile forming method, the locking opening protective ring is used as a formwork foundation of the exposed part of the anti-slide pile, the concrete is poured into the pile hole through the tumbling barrel, the anti-slide pile forming effect is guaranteed, meanwhile, the construction quality of the anti-slide pile is improved, in the construction process, due to the fact that the locking opening disc is in a stable state, vibration is not likely to be generated, soil on a slope is prevented from sliding, and the anti-slide pile forming quality is improved. Potential safety hazards are reduced.
本发明公开了一种邻近既有公路的抗滑桩施工方法,所述既有公路的一侧设置有既有边坡;所述方法包括:采用机械开挖的方式,开挖所述既有边坡,形成待成孔区域;在所述待成孔区域,使用方孔式成槽机进行成孔,形成所述抗滑桩的桩孔;在所述桩孔内浇筑形成锁口盘及锁口护圈,并向所述桩孔中安装钢筋笼;在所述桩孔内安装串筒,以使所述串筒包覆所述钢筋笼;以所述锁口护圈为模板基础,浇筑形成所述抗滑桩。本发明通过利用锁口护圈作为抗滑桩外漏部分的模板基础,以及利用串筒向桩孔内浇筑混凝土,在保证了抗滑桩成型效果的同时,提升了抗滑桩的施工质量,且在施工时,由于锁口盘处于稳定的状态,不易产生振动,防止边坡上的土体滑动,降低安全隐患。
