The invention provides an inverted roof drain gully treatment structure and a construction method, and is characterized in that the structure comprises a slope making layer arranged on a structural layer of a building roof; the leveling layer is arranged on the slope making layer; the waterproof layer is laid on the upper surface of the leveling layer, and the edge of the waterproof layer extends towards the outfall to the side face wrapping the leveling layer and the slope making layer and adheres to the side face of the structural layer; the heat preservation layer is arranged on the horizontal plane of the waterproof layer, and a groove cavity is formed in the side face, corresponding to the water falling opening, of the heat preservation layer; the one-way valve is arranged in the groove cavity, and the airflow circulation direction of the one-way valve is from the heat preservation layer side to the water falling opening side; the isolation layer is arranged on the heat preservation layer; the protection layer is arranged on the isolation layer and is positioned on the topmost surface; the waterproof sealing structure wraps the side faces, corresponding to the water falling opening, of the protection layer and the isolation layer. By means of the structure, the heat preservation performance of the heat preservation material is guaranteed, and meanwhile the hidden danger of roof water leakage caused by long-term water accumulation of the waterproof layer is avoided.
