The invention relates to the technical field of double-rocker-arm derricks, and discloses a floor type double-rocker-arm derrick which comprises tower bodies and an electric control box, the tower bodies are vertically arranged, the adjacent tower bodies are connected through bolts, an upper support is fixedly installed at the top of the outer side of each tower body, and a slewing mechanism is installed at the top of each upper support. A mast is installed on the top of the slewing mechanism, side rocker arms are symmetrically and rotationally installed on the outer side of the slewing mechanism, and lifting hooks are arranged at the bottoms of the tail ends of the side rocker arms. The rotary bearing is driven to rotate through the variable frequency motor, horizontal rotation is more accurate, manual pulling is not needed, and safety is improved; through the jacking mechanism, hydraulic jacking is achieved, and the tower body is rapidly lifted and installed; hoisting and variable-amplitude steel wire rope paths are transformed, and the method is suitable for assembling of the extra-high-voltage steel tube tower; compared with a traditional floor type double-rocker-arm derrick, the whole equipment is easier to install, the construction period is shortened, safety is better, structural strength is higher, and working capacity is higher.
