The invention discloses a rocker arm self-folding prevention device and method and a double-rocker arm floor derrick device. The rocker arm self-folding prevention device comprises a mounting part, a loading part and a transmission part. The mounting part comprises a guide rail base, and the guide rail base is mounted on a mast of the double-rocker arm floor derrick device; the transmission part comprises a pair of guide rails symmetrically connected to a guide rail base, rolling bearings capable of rolling along the guide rails are arranged in guide grooves of the guide rails, the transmission part further comprises a movable sliding block, and the inner side of the movable sliding block is connected with a bearing rod between the rolling bearings. The loading portion includes at least one resilient assembly connected between the guide rail base and the mobile slide. The rocker arm self-folding prevention device can be applied to the power transmission line tower construction process, the rocker arm folding prevention and self-locking effects are achieved in the rocker arm lifting process, and a derrick device is protected against overturning.
