The invention relates to the technical field of road construction, in particular to a paving thickness detection method, which comprises the following steps: calibrating the position of the rear lower end part of a screed relative to a laser radar; obtaining a point cloud of a to-be-paved pavement through the laser radar; and determining the paving thickness according to the point cloud of the pavement to be paved and the position of the rear lower end part of the screed relative to the laser radar. The actual point cloud of the pavement below the screed plate is obtained and straight line fitting is carried out to obtain the actual fitting straight line of the pavement below the screed plate, and the distance between the coordinate of the rear lower end part of the screed plate and the actual fitting straight line is used as the paving thickness, so that the problem of paving thickness detection deviation caused by uneven ground can be solved; and the paving thickness detection precision of the paver is improved.
本发明涉及道路施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种摊铺厚度检测方法,包括:标定熨平板的后下端部相对激光雷达的位置;通过所述激光雷达获取待摊铺路面的点云;根据待摊铺路面的点云和熨平板的后下端部相对激光雷达的位置确定摊铺厚度。通过获取熨平板下方的路面的实际点云并进行直线拟合以获取熨平板下方的路面的实际拟合直线,同时基于熨平板的后下端部的坐标与实际拟合直线之间的间距作为摊铺厚度,能够解决地面不平整造成的摊铺厚度检测偏差的问题,提升了摊铺机的摊铺厚度检测精度。
