The invention relates to the technical field of pavers, and provides a paving control method, a paving control device and a paver, and the paving control method comprises the following steps: obtaining the linear speed of each section of screed plate of the paver, and controlling the vibrating speed of a corresponding vibrating device according to the linear speed of each section of screed plate. According to the paving control method, the vibrating speed of the corresponding vibrating device is adjusted by acquiring the linear speed of each section of screed plate; when the paver turns, the vibrating speed of the vibrating device can be adjusted according to the actual linear speeds of the screed plates at different positions, so that the difference of unit distance vibrating times caused by the difference of the linear speeds of the screed plates in the turning process is avoided, and the unit distance vibrating times of the screed plates are consistent; therefore, the overall paving quality of the pavement is improved. Therefore, according to the paving control method provided by the invention, the difference of vibrating and compacting times of each section of screed plate in unit distance can be reduced, and the paving quality of the road surface is improved.
