The invention relates to the technical field of all-casing grouting, in particular to an all-casing grouting pile reinforcement cage anti-floating construction structure which comprises a material control device, an adjusting device and a pressing limiting device, the adjusting device is arranged on the pressing limiting device, the material control device is arranged on the adjusting device, and the pressing limiting device is arranged on the adjusting device. The material control device comprises a feeding hopper, a guiding feeding frame, a quantity control body, a lifting limiting stand column and a connecting limiting transverse rod. The three quantity control main bodies are arranged on the guide feeding frame, and extrusion adjusting plates in the three quantity control main bodies are synchronously controlled to rotate in the guide feeding frame, so that the conveying space in the middle of the guide feeding frame can be adjusted through the extrusion adjusting plates; the speed of conveying falling concrete from the guiding feeding frame is reduced, the pouring amount of poured concrete is reduced, and therefore huge buoyancy cannot be generated in the concrete pouring process, a reinforcement cage cannot float and rise greatly, and the reinforcement cage is stable during concrete pouring.
