The recyclable cast-in-place pile reinforcement cage anti-floating rod device comprises clamping rings, galvanized round pipe rods, locking reinforcing steel bars, pressing rings, steel pipes and a steel operation platform, the pressing rings are fixedly connected to the tops of the galvanized round pipe rods, the multiple clamping rings are arranged on the side walls of the lower portions of the galvanized round pipe rods from top to bottom, and the galvanized round pipe rods are inserted into the two sides of the interior of a reinforcement cage spiral stirrup; the clamping ring is inserted between the upper and lower adjacent stirrups of the spiral stirrups of the reinforcement cage, the locking reinforcing steel bar penetrates through the part, penetrating out of the spiral stirrups of the reinforcement cage, of the clamping ring and is hung in the pressing ring, the steel pipe transversely penetrates through the pressing ring and is clamped at the top of a cylinder opening of the steel casing in the pile position, and the steel operation platform is placed on the natural terrace and presses the steel pipe. The device is simple in structure, convenient in material taking and low in manufacturing cost, solves the problem that the reinforcement cage floats upwards in the pile foundation concrete pouring process, is convenient to disassemble after concrete pouring and can be recycled, and the material recycling utilization rate is increased.
本发明是一种可循环使用的灌注桩钢筋笼抗浮杆装置,包括卡圈、镀锌圆管杆、锁固钢筋、压环、钢管、钢制操作平台,压环固接在镀锌圆管杆顶部,若干卡圈由上到下设置在镀锌圆管杆下部侧壁上,镀锌圆管杆插入钢筋笼螺旋箍筋内两侧,且卡圈插入钢筋笼螺旋箍筋上下相邻箍筋之间,锁固钢筋贯穿卡圈穿出钢筋笼螺旋箍筋的部分内,且锁固钢筋挂装在压环内,钢管横穿压环并卡在桩位内的钢护筒的筒口顶部,钢制操作平台放置在自然地坪上并压住钢管。本发明构造简单、取材方便、制作低廉,解决了桩基混凝土浇筑过程中钢筋笼上浮的问题,并在混凝土浇筑后拆卸方便,可周转使用,提高了材料循环使用的利用率。
