The invention provides a concrete tower drum and a construction process thereof. The concrete tower drum comprises a tower drum foundation, a tower drum body, adapters and prestressed cables. At least one part of the tower drum foundation is arranged under the ground, the tower drum body is arranged on the tower drum foundation and comprises a plurality of concrete tower drum sections which are sequentially connected in the vertical direction, a first tensioning site is arranged at the top end of the tower drum body, a second tensioning site is further arranged in the tower drum body, and the second tensioning site is located below the first tensioning site. The height of the tower drum body is larger than or equal to 150 meters. The adapter is connected with the top end of the tower drum body, the prestressed cable is arranged in the tower drum body in a penetrating mode, the top end of the prestressed cable is anchored to the adapter or the first tensioning site, the bottom end of the prestressed cable is connected with the tower drum foundation, and an anchoring site is arranged in the middle of the prestressed cable and anchored to the second tensioning site. The concrete tower drum provided by the invention has the advantages of high rigidity, good anti-fatigue performance, high height and low cost.
