The invention provides a wind power tower, a tower drum and a construction method of the tower drum. The tower drum comprises multiple sections of drum sections (10) of regular polygon structures, and the multiple sections of drum sections (10) are sequentially connected to a preset height from bottom to top; each shell ring (10) comprises a plurality of prefabricated concrete formworks (11), the prefabricated concrete formworks (11) are connected in a closed mode to form a regular polygon structure, each prefabricated concrete formwork (11) comprises two prefabricated wallboards (111) arranged at intervals and a connecting piece (113) connecting the two prefabricated wallboards (111), a containing space (112) is formed between the two prefabricated wallboards (111), the containing spaces (112) of the prefabricated concrete formworks (11) are communicated with one another, and the connecting piece (113) is connected with the two prefabricated wallboards (111). All the containing spaces (112) are filled with concrete in a pouring mode. According to the tower drum, the prefabricated concrete formwork product is utilized, the prefabricated wallboard and the cast-in-place concrete are fully combined, continuity of stress of the drum sections is guaranteed, and the structure of the tower drum is safer and more reliable.
本发明提供一种风电塔、塔筒及其施工方法,塔筒包括:多段正多边形结构的筒节(10),多段筒节(10)自下至上依次连接至预定高度;每个筒节(10)均包括多个预制砼模板(11),多个预制砼模板(11)闭合连接形成正多边形结构,每个预制砼模板(11)包括间隔设置的两面预制墙板(111)和连接两面预制墙板(111)的连接件(113),两面预制墙板(111)之间具有容纳空间(112),多个预制砼模板(11)的容纳空间(112)相互连通,所有容纳空间(112)内浇筑满混凝土。本发明实施例的塔筒利用预制砼模板产品,将预制的预制墙板与现浇混凝土充分结合,保证了筒节受力上的连续性,塔筒结构更加安全可靠。
