The invention provides a preparation method of reactive sintering silicon carbide ceramic granulation powder, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing premixed liquid: dissolving an initial adhesive, a ceramic dry pressing adhesive, a lubricant, a pressing aid and a dispersing agent in deionized water, and stirring to uniformly mix the premixed liquid; (2) mixing and ball-milling: putting the premixed liquid, carbon black and graphite into a ball-milling tank, carrying out primary ball-milling, then adding silicon carbide powder, and carrying out ball-milling again to obtain silicon carbide/carbon black stable slurry with a certain solid-phase fraction; (3) vacuum degassing: degassing the slurry for 15 +/-5 minutes under the vacuum degree of-0.09 MPa, and removing bubbles in the slurry; and (4) pressing the prepared silicon carbide/carbon black stable slurry into a spray granulation tower for granulation, and adjusting the granulation particle size to prepare granulation powder with good fluidity. Graphite (solid lubricant) is added into the powder particles, and in the dry pressing forming process, silicon carbide particles can slide towards a small-density area, so that the density of a formed body is more uniform, and the problems of unstable performance and low yield of sintered silicon carbide ceramic are solved.
