The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of silicon carbide ceramic powder, and particularly discloses a preparation process of reactive sintering silicon carbide ceramic granulation powder, which comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing premixed liquid: dissolving an initial adhesive, a ceramic dry pressing adhesive, a lubricant, a pressing aid and a dispersing agent in deionized water, and stirring to uniformly mix the premixed liquid; according to the invention, by increasing the water absorption performance and adding the material, in the forming process of the silicon carbide ceramic powder, the friction force among particles is relatively small, the flowability among the powder is increased, the silicon carbide ceramic powder is uniformly formed, the energy consumption in the production process is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved; and in the sintering process, the uniformity of the pore structure of the silicon carbide ceramic powder in the sintering process is improved, and gas diffusion and substance transmission are facilitated, so that the sintering temperature is reduced, the sintering time is shortened, and the compactness and the mechanical property of the silicon carbide ceramic are improved.
