A box-shaped anti-seismic foundation is arranged below the geogrid, an upper steel plate and a lower steel plate are connected through limiters on the left side and the right side, a rubber air cushion is arranged in a formed box structure, and an elastic element is arranged in the formed box structure. The device is provided with a three-stage cushioning structure, the practicability is high, manufacturing and machining are convenient, and the anti-seismic effect is excellent.
