The invention relates to a water storage anti-skid sidewalk pavement which comprises a waterproof and water-resisting layer arranged on a roadbed, a water storage layer is arranged above the waterproof and water-resisting layer, and a permeable pavement is laid above the water storage layer; a plurality of anti-skid devices are sequentially arranged in the extending direction of the permeable pavement, each anti-skid device extends into the water storage layer, the top of each anti-skid device protrudes to the position above the permeable pavement to achieve the anti-skid effect after the anti-skid devices meet water, and the anti-skid devices can reset after water loss. The anti-skid device has the function of resetting when the rainwater protrusions lose water, so that the anti-skid purpose can be achieved in rainy days; the water storage layer can achieve accumulation of rainwater, the influence of the rainwater on the roadbed is reduced, the accumulated rainwater can be used for an urban greening system, and utilization of rainwater resources is promoted.
