The invention discloses a sidewalk pavement considering water load coupling and a construction method of the sidewalk pavement. The sidewalk pavement comprises a graded broken stone hardcore, a water-permeable cement stabilized broken stone base layer, a water-permeable mortar connecting layer and water-permeable bricks which are sequentially laid from bottom to top from a soil foundation; the water-permeable cement stabilized broken stone base layer uses graded broken stones as the aggregate, and the cement content is 5.5%-7%; the particle size of stone chips of the water-permeable mortar connecting layer is 3-5mm, and the ratio of the cement to the stone chips is 1: 5-1: 6. The construction method comprises the steps of soil foundation construction, cushion layer construction, base layerconstruction, leveling layer construction and surface layer construction, and during base layer construction, graded broken stones serve as the aggregate and are blended with cement to obtain the water-permeable cement stabilized broken stone base layer. The sidewalk pavement has the advantages that the aggregate of the pervious cement stabilized broken stone base structure adopts elaborately controlled broken stone, and the pervious sidewalk pavement has high compressive strength under the condition that the permeability coefficient requirement is met.
