The invention discloses a prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge side span uniform distribution type counterweight process which comprises the following steps: step 1, erecting a consolidation section main beam construction bracket, and completing construction of a consolidation section main beam and a transition pier; secondly, front fulcrum hanging baskets are installed on the two sides of the consolidation section main beam, beam section concrete is poured on the front fulcrum hanging baskets in a suspended mode, stay cables are tensioned, construction of a first beam section is completed, the hanging baskets move forwards step by step, the stay cables are tensioned, and construction of the main beam sections is completed in sequence; thirdly, auxiliary piers are built, a continuous beam support is installed on the tops of the auxiliary piers, construction of auxiliary pier beam sections is completed on the tops of the continuous beam support, and ballasting pieces are laid on the bridge deck on the tops of the auxiliary pier beam sections; and 4, construction of a midspan closure section is completed, the cable force of the stay cable is adjusted after closure is completed, and a bridge deck accessory project is constructed. According to the method, a uniform distribution type bridge floor ballasting mode is adopted at the pier top of the auxiliary pier, so that the ballasting layer is constructed on the bridge floor, the construction difficulty is greatly reduced, and the smoothness of an overhaul channel in a beam is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种预应力混凝土斜拉桥边跨均布式配重工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一、架设固结段主梁施工支架,完成固结段主梁和过渡墩的施工;步骤二、在固结段主梁的两侧安装前支点挂篮,在前支点挂篮上悬浇梁段混凝土,张拉斜拉索,完成第一梁段施工,挂篮逐步前移,张拉斜拉索,依次完成主梁梁段的施工;步骤三、建造辅助墩,在辅助墩的顶部安装连续梁支架,在连续梁支架的顶部完成辅助墩梁段的施工,在辅助墩梁段的顶部桥面铺设压重件;步骤四、完成中跨合拢段的施工,合拢完成后调整斜拉索索力,施工桥面附属工程。本发明在辅助墩的墩顶采用均布式的桥面压重方式,使压重层于桥面施工,大大降低了施工难度,有利于梁内检修通道顺畅。
