The wharf berthing prefabricated part supporting system comprises a cast-in-place pile arranged at the berthing position of a wharf, a berthing component is arranged on the side, facing water, of the front end of the cast-in-place pile, and a pile cap is arranged above the berthing component; a longitudinal beam is arranged between the cast-in-place pile on the water side and the cast-in-place pile away from the water side; the longitudinal beams are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the cast-in-place pile, and the two longitudinal beams are fixed and limited through a connecting piece. A first cross beam and a second cross beam are arranged on the two sides of every two adjacent berthing components respectively, the first cross beam on the outermost side is arranged at the overhanging end of the longitudinal beam in advance and used for installing and positioning the berthing components, and the second cross beams are arranged on the sides, facing water, of the berthing components and used for limiting the installed berthing components; the pile cap is fixed above the second cross beam; the berthing component is fixed to the overhanging end of the longitudinal beam through a hoisting fixing piece. The berthing component is safe and stable in structure, accurate in positioning during installation and not prone to damage in the hoisting process. The supporting system is convenient to disassemble and assemble, the utilization rate of materials is improved, and cost is saved.
