Novel adding process for prefabricated berthing component of built wharf
The invention discloses a novel adding process for a prefabricated berthing component of a built wharf. The novel adding process comprises the following steps: (1) repairing: repairing a concrete cross beam of the built wharf; (2) steel bar planting: drilling holes in the repaired concrete cross beam, planting steel bars in the drilled holes, and injecting anchoring glue into the steel bars and the holes to fix the steel bars and the concrete cross beam; (3) mounting of the prefabricated berthing component: hoisting the prefabricated berthing component to the reinforcing steel bars by using hoisting equipment, keeping the reinforcing steel bars and the prefabricated berthing component at the same height, and then welding the prefabricated berthing component and the reinforcing steel bars; and (4) concrete pouring is conducted, specifically, formwork erecting is conducted on the welding positions of the steel bars and the prefabricated berthing members, concrete pouring is conducted at the formwork erecting positions, formwork dismounting is conducted after the concrete is solidified, and the prefabricated berthing members are additionally installed. The installation convenience of the prefabricated berthing component is improved, and the installation cost is reduced.
