Under the action of an earthquake, an inner core component formed by the buckling restrained cover plates yields before a main body steel frame, the inner core component of the flange connecting plate is damaged in a concentrated mode through the high ductility and the high energy dissipation capacity of low-yield-point steel, and the purpose of protecting a main body structure is achieved; and quick recovery of the structure function is realized by replacing the connecting part after an earthquake.
