The invention discloses an assembly type prestressed self-resetting frame beam column replaceable energy dissipation joint which comprises a joint core area connecting device, a short steel beam connecting piece, an RC frame beam connecting piece, a replaceable energy dissipation device, a self-resetting device, a pin shaft and a friction base plate. The joint core area connecting device comprises a partition plate, a hoop and a short steel beam. The short steel beam connecting piece comprises a fixing plate, an anchoring plate and an outer friction lug plate; the RC frame beam connecting piece comprises an inner friction lug plate, an RC frame beam connecting end plate and embedded H-shaped steel; the hoop is connected with the fixing plate through the short steel beam, and the outer friction lug plate, the inner friction lug plate and the friction base plate are connected to form a friction energy dissipation device. The pin shaft is in running fit with the friction energy consumption device; the anchoring plate and the RC frame beam connecting end plate are connected through a replaceable energy consumption device; the RC frame beam connecting end plates are connected with the beam longitudinal bars. Two energy consumption devices are ingeniously designed, and the defect that the energy consumption level of the structure can only be in the low level after a single-form energy consumption component loses efficacy is overcome.
