The invention relates to a half-sleeve-connected double-spliced shear wall and a modular prefabricated reinforced concrete structure house, vertical through grooves are formed in the positions, at edge components, of the opposite sides of the shear wall, horizontally-distributed steel bars are arranged in the shear wall in the width direction of the shear wall, and edge stirrup components are pre-buried in the shear wall opposite to the through grooves; the edge stirrup component comprises a plurality of transverse U-shaped edge stirrups, the free ends of every two opposite U-shaped stirrups and the free ends, penetrating out of the through grooves, of the horizontally-distributed steel bars are arranged in a pair of half-sleeve connecting pieces in a sleeved mode in the adjacent module shear walls, and the two ends of each pair of half-sleeve connecting pieces are each sleeved with an outer sleeve. The U-shaped stirrups in the edge members of the adjacent module shear walls are connected with the semi-sleeves of the horizontally-distributed steel bars, so that the reinforced concrete modules are rapidly assembled in the horizontal direction, the installation efficiency is high, the field wet construction amount is small, and the integrity of the connected module splicing shear walls is guaranteed; and the assembled module splicing shear wall is good in co-working performance and excellent in anti-seismic performance.
