The invention relates to a connecting structure between a curtain wall framework and a main body structure and a construction method of the connecting structure. The connecting structure comprises a plurality of mounting parts which are mounted on the main body structure at intervals and correspond to the arrangement position of the curtain wall framework; and the bearing piece is mounted on the mounting piece, and is mounted on the curtain wall framework in a clamping and sleeving manner. The mounting part is mounted on the main body structure, the bearing part is mounted on the mounting part, and the bearing part is mounted on the curtain wall framework in a clamping and sleeving manner, so that on one hand, the curtain wall framework is fixed on the main body structure, on the other hand, the curtain wall framework is supported by the bearing part, and the load of the curtain wall framework is transmitted to the mounting part; and then the force is transmitted to the main body structure through the mounting piece, so that the stress performance of the whole connecting structure is better, and the stability of connection between the curtain wall framework and the main body structure is enhanced.
