The lining plate (6) is wrapped by the linen piece (5) through glue, the linen piece (5) is embedded into the three grooves and firmly fixed to the supporting plate (7) through a stud (6-2), a flat washer (8), a spring washer (9) and a nut (10) on the lining plate (6), and a front anti-skid belt, a middle anti-skid belt, a rear anti-skid belt and two hollowed-out structures are formed.
