The invention relates to an emergency isolation system which can be arranged at the door of a ward to serve as a buffer system, the emergency isolation system comprises a frame module and a ventilation module, the frame module is used for building a closed space to achieve airflow isolation and providing a mounting platform for equipment in a cabin, and the space in the frame module further comprises a self-control module and a disinfection module; the disinfection module is arranged on the interlayer, the side face and the top of the inner wall of the frame module, and comprises a pulse hard light module and an ultraviolet lamp, and meanwhile control signals of the pulse hard light module and the ultraviolet lamp communicate with a PLC module of a master control in the automatic control module through a D/A module; and a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) module is adopted as a central control element in the automatic control module. According to the emergency isolation system, the emergency isolation system is built at the entrance and exit of the isolation area, the emergency isolation system is installed at the cabin door in the ward, and the emergency isolation system serves as a temporary buffer area for people and objects to enter and exit and has the functions of airflow isolation, rapid disinfection and killing of air microorganisms and efficient air purification.
