The invention relates to the technical field of hardware fittings, and discloses a buffering and noise-reducing door stopper which comprises a fixing frame fixedly arranged on a door leaf, and a mounting groove is formed in the middle of the fixing frame; the door stopper seat is fixedly arranged on the ground or a wall surface, a limiting groove is formed in the middle of the door stopper seat, and the groove wall, close to one side of the fixing frame, of the limiting groove is lower than the groove wall on the opposite side; one end of the connecting bracket is hinged in the mounting groove, and the other end of the connecting bracket extends outwards and is provided with a roller; one end of the first spring is connected to the middle of the connecting support, and the other end of the first spring is fixed in the mounting groove and applies tension towards the interior of the limiting groove to the connecting support; one end of the damping mechanism is hinged with the connecting bracket, and the other end is hinged with the groove wall of the mounting groove; in the process that the fixing frame moves towards one side of the door stopper seat, after the roller end of the connecting support abuts against the groove wall of the limiting groove and moves towards the inner side of the fixing frame, the tension of the first spring drives the connecting support to rotate, and the roller is clamped into the limiting groove. Compared with a traditional door stopper, the buffering and noise-reducing door stopper is quiet and stable in the locking process.
