Sliding Door Buffering Structure Provided With Stopper For Common Use
The present invention relates to a sliding door buffering structure with a stopper for common use, comprising: a door piece support frame (3) installed on a door frame (F) to movably support door pieces (Di, Do) opened/closed along the door frame (F); a stop damper (5) which prevents the door pieces (Di, Do) from colliding with a vertical frame body (V); and a suspension damper (7) which buffers and suspends the door pieces (Di, Do) moving on the door frame (F) at a second correct position. The door pieces (Di, Do) include the stopper for common use (45) which, when approaching the vertical frame body (V), hangs on a stop bump (24) of the stop damper (5), and suspends the door pieces (Di, Do) at the first correct position while preventing a collision with the vertical frame body (V), and, when being farther apart from the vertical frame body (V), hangs on a suspension bump (31) of the suspension damper (7) and suspends the door pieces (Di, Do) at the second correct position. Accordingly, the present invention is able to unify a stopper, which is mounted on an outer door piece to operate the stop damper on the outer door piece for preventing a collision with the door frame when the door pieces are closing, with a stopper, which is mounted on an outer door piece to operate the suspension damper for suspending the outer door piece of the sliding door at the middle of the door frame, by the stopper for common use, make the structure compact and simplify the buffering structure in the door piece support frame, allow a user to more easily manufacture and maintain the sliding door, and accordingly reduce manufacturing costs.
본 발명은 공용스토퍼를 구비한 미닫이문 완충구조에 관한 것으로, 문틀(F)에 설치되어 상기 문틀(F)을 따라 개폐되는 문짝(Di,Do)을 이동 가능하게 지지하는 문짝지지프레임(3); 상기 세로틀체(V)에 대한 상기 문짝(Di,Do)의 충돌을 방지하는 멈춤댐퍼(5); 및 상기 문틀(F) 상에서 이동하던 상기 문짝(Di,Do)을 상기 제2 정위치에 완충시키면서 중지시키는 중지댐퍼(7);를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 문짝(Di,Do)은, 상기 세로틀체(V)로 접근할 때 상기 멈춤댐퍼(5)의 멈춤돌기(24)에 걸림으로써 상기 세로틀체(V)와의 충돌을 방지하면서 상기 문짝(Di,Do)을 상기 제1 정위치에 중지시키는 한편, 상기 세로틀체(V)로부터 이격될 때 상기 중지댐퍼(7)의 중지돌기(31)에 걸림으로써 상기 문짝(Di,Do)을 상기 제2 정위치에 중지시키는 공용스토퍼(45)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 따라서 문짝이 닫힐 때 문틀과의 충돌을 방지하는 외측문짝 멈춤댐퍼를 작동시키도록 외측문짝에 장착되는 스토퍼와, 미닫이문의 외측문짝을 문틀 중간에 중지시키는 중지댐퍼를 작동시키도록 외측문짝에 장착되는 스토퍼를 공용스토퍼에 의해 일원화함으로써 문짝지지프레임 내부의 완충구조를 소형화 및 간단화하여. 미닫이문의 생산 및 유지관리를 보다 용이하게 할 수 있고, 따라서 생산단가를 낮출 수 있게 된다.
