The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, in particular to ZD hydrophobic anti-freezing polymer mortar as well as a preparation method and a use method thereof. The ZD hydrophobic anti-freezing polymer mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: Portland cement, sand, latex powder, wood carbon fibers, polypropylene fibers, a mortar thickening and water-retaining binder, hydroxy propyl cellulose and an organic silicon waterproof agent. Compared with the prior art, the hydrophobicity, freeze-thaw resistance, crack resistance, acid, alkali and salt resistance and corrosion resistance of the mortar can be greatly improved, damage to a mortar protection layer caused by low temperature and day and night temperature difference change in a high cold region is avoided, and the service life of the mortar protection layer is prolonged; and meanwhile, a large number of experiments prove that the freeze-thaw resistance and hydrophobicity are remarkably improved, meanwhile, very high strength is kept, and the waterproof coating has wide application prospects in a roof waterproof protection bonding layer and an outer wall heat preservation protection layer.
