The invention also provides a silicon carbide ceramic material prepared by the preparation method of the silicon carbide ceramic. The invention provides a preparation method of silicon carbide ceramic, which is particularly suitable for large-size block silicon carbide ceramic materials and solves the problem that common powder in the prior art is not suitable for large-thickness ceramic sintering.
