The invention provides a preparation method of silicon carbide ceramic. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing: uniformly mixing silicon carbide powder, carbon black, a pore forming agent, an adhesive and silicon particles; step 2, granulation: pressurizing the uniformly mixed powder, sieving and granulating; step 3, compression molding: performing cold isostatic pressing molding on the granules obtained by granulation in the step 2 to prepare a biscuit; step 4, drying, curing and debonding; and step 5, high-temperature siliconing reaction sintering. By adopting the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the large-size block silicon carbide ceramic material with the thickness of 50-150mm can be prepared, and the silicon absorption height of the silicon carbide ceramic biscuit is increased by adding the pore-forming agent, so that the penetration depth of liquid-phase silicon is enough, the bending strength of the prepared silicon carbide ceramic material is increased, and the appearance of the prepared silicon carbide ceramic material is not cracked.
本发明提供一种碳化硅陶瓷的制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1、混料:将碳化硅粉末、炭黑、造孔剂、粘接剂和硅粒混合均匀;步骤2、造粒:将混匀的粉料加压后过筛造粒;步骤3、模压成型:将步骤2造粒得到的团粒冷等静压压制成型,制成素坯;步骤4、烘干、固化脱粘;步骤5、高温渗硅反应烧结。采用本发明的制备方法,可制得厚度在50‑150mm之间的大尺寸块体碳化硅陶瓷材料,通过造孔剂的加入,碳化硅陶瓷素坯的吸硅高度增加,说明液相硅的渗透深度足够,制得的碳化硅陶瓷材料的抗弯强度增加,外观不开裂。
