The invention provides a multi-branched shrinkage reducing agent for ultra-high performance concrete, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 80 parts of double-end hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 2 to 15 parts of unsaturated monoepoxide, 10 to 40 parts of polyethylene glycol and 1 to 10 parts of dialkylamine. The invention also provides a preparation method of the multi-branched shrinkage reducing agent for the ultra-high performance concrete. The shrinkage reducing agent prepared by the method has a structure taking hydrophilic polyether as a center and oleophylic alkylamine silicone oil as a multi-branched structure, has relatively large molecular weight, can greatly reduce the surface tension of a capillary pore solution and effectively reduce the shrinkage of ultra-high performance concrete, and does not generate adverse effects on the performance of the concrete.
