The invention relates to the technical field of riverway treatment, in particular to a riverway water body in-situ ecological treatment and restoration method which comprises the following steps: constructing a point source pretreatment purification module at a mixed discharge port of rain sewage and a riverway; non-point source pollution purification modules are arranged along the river bank of the river channel to separate the river bank area of the river channel from the main river channel; putting a bottom mud stabilizing and repairing agent into the water body of the river channel; after the anaerobic environment of the bottom mud phase is changed, laying a submerged plant restoration blanket on the bottom mud phase; putting a total-effect balanced compound enzyme into the river channel to decompose and eliminate endogenous pollution of the water body of the river channel; an ecological floating wetland and an aeration module are laid in a river channel to form an aerobic environment to purify the water quality of a river channel water body.
