Low-grout-return high-pressure jet grouting composite grouting method and equipment
The low-slurry-return high-pressure jet grouting composite grouting method comprises the following steps that a low-slurry-return high-pressure jet grouting composite drilling tool connected with a drilling rod is put down from an orifice sealer, drilling is conducted downwards by a first set distance, meanwhile, cement stabilizing slurry is pressed into the bottom of a hole from top to bottom, and grouting is conducted; a fixed pipe section with a first set distance is formed through filling and pouring; the steps are repeated until drilling is conducted downwards to the target distance, and multiple sections of fixed pipes are formed; high-pressure thixotropic cement-based slurry is rotationally jetted to the fixed pipe through the low-slurry-return high-pressure rotary jet grouting composite drilling tool, so that the fixed pipe and the surrounding stratum are cut, stirred and poured, and meanwhile the drilling rod and the low-slurry-return high-pressure rotary jet grouting composite drilling tool are lifted by a second set distance till the fixed pipe is completely poured; and hole sealing treatment is conducted on the hole opening sealer. A static pressure grouting technology and a high-pressure pulse rotary jet grouting technology are combined in time sequence, so that the advantages of the two grouting technologies are exerted, and composite grouting is carried out to adapt to different construction stratum conditions.
本发明公开了一种低返浆高压旋喷复合灌浆方法及设备,其包括如下步骤:从孔口封闭器中下入与钻杆连接的低返浆高压旋喷复合钻具,并向下开钻第一设定距离,同时自上而下向孔底压入水泥稳定浆液,以充填灌注形成第一设定距离的固定管段;重复上述步骤,直到向下开钻至目标距离,形成多段固定管;利用低返浆高压旋喷复合钻具向固定管旋转喷射高压的触变水泥基浆,以对固定管及其周围地层切割搅拌灌注,同时将钻杆和低返浆高压旋喷复合钻具提升第二设定距离,直到将固定管完全灌注;对孔口封闭器进行封孔处理。将静压灌浆技术和高压脉动旋喷灌浆技术通过时序上的结合,以发挥两种灌浆技术优点,进行复合灌浆,以适应不同施工地层情况。
