High-altitude concrete pouring device for secant piles
The high-altitude concrete pouring device comprises a pouring hopper and a hoisting hanging lug fixed to the pouring hopper, a stirring frame is rotationally connected to the inner side of the pouring hopper, and a gear driving assembly used for driving the stirring frame to rotate is installed on the pouring hopper; the gear driving assembly is driven in a meshed mode through a rack driving piece vertically sliding on the outer side of the filling hopper. According to the concrete pouring device, the stirring frame rotates to drive concrete raw materials in the pouring hopper to be mixed, when the pouring hopper is hoisted to the position above a funnel needing pouring, the pouring hopper is descended through a crane, and in the descending process of the pouring hopper, the edge of the funnel can generate upward extrusion force on the connecting rod opening and closing assembly; and therefore, the opening and closing cover plate is driven to rotate to be separated from a discharging opening in the bottom of the discharging pipe, and the problems that automatic discharging is difficult to achieve through a traditional pouring hopper, and concrete segregation is caused due to long-time standing of concrete materials in the pouring hopper are solved.
本发明公开了一种用于咬合桩混凝土高空灌注装置,包括灌注料斗和固定在所述灌注料斗上的吊装挂耳,所述灌注料斗的内侧转动连接有搅拌架,所述灌注料斗上安装有用于驱动所述搅拌架转动的齿轮驱动组件,所述齿轮驱动组件通过竖直滑动在所述灌注料斗外侧的齿条驱动件啮合驱动。本发明中,通过搅拌架转动,带动灌注料斗内的混凝土原料混料,将灌注料斗吊装到所需灌注的漏斗上方时,通过吊车将灌注料斗下降,在灌注料斗下降过程中,漏斗的边缘会对连杆启闭组件产生向上的挤压力,从而驱动启闭盖板转动与出料管底部出料口分离,解决了传统灌注料斗难以实现自动卸料以及混凝土材料在灌注料斗中长时间静止导致混凝土发生离析的问题。
