The invention relates to a construction method for a rotary excavating and pouring secant pile, which comprises the following steps of: drilling a plurality of pile holes in the ground, and enabling any two adjacent pile holes to be meshed and communicated with each other; a guide pipe is provided, one pile hole serves as a current pile hole, the lower end of the guide pipe extends into the current pile hole, and then the upper end of the guide pipe is filled with foam particles; concrete is poured from the upper end of the guide pipe, then the guide pipe is lifted, the foam particles are extruded by the concrete and overflow between the guide pipe and the current pile hole in the direction from bottom to top, and the steps are repeated till all the pile holes are filled. By the adoption of the technical scheme, in the construction procedure of pouring concrete, the white foam particles are used for prompting constructors, so that the constructors can master the accumulated elevation of the concrete in the pile hole in time, then the constructors are guided to control the concrete pouring amount and the concrete pouring speed, the pile hole is densely filled with the concrete, and the construction efficiency is improved. And the pile forming strength and the bearing capacity of the secant pile are ensured.
