The invention belongs to the technical field of outer wall body heat preservation, and particularly relates to an existing building outer wall body externally-attached heat preservation plate anti-falling anchoring construction method which comprises the following steps that a cushion block with a through hole is installed on the side, facing an outer wall body, of a heat preservation plate; a via hole coaxial with the through hole of the cushion block is formed in the insulation board; the heat preservation plate is built on the outer side of the outer wall body; drilling a positioning hole in the outer wall body by taking the via hole in the insulation board as a reference; an anchoring part with the outer end provided with a limiting structure penetrates through the heat preservation plate through hole and the cushion block through hole to be inserted into the outer wall body positioning hole, the heat preservation plate is fixed to the outer wall body, the two sides of the cushion block are attached to the outer wall body and the heat preservation plate respectively, and a pouring cavity uniform in thickness is formed between the heat preservation plate and the outer wall body; and grouting is conducted in the pouring cavity. Construction is convenient, installation is simple and rapid, three-time reinforcement is carried out, besides a mechanical mode, a chemical formula and a traditional mortar bonding mode are adopted, and the standard process solves the problems of hollowing and falling of the insulation board caused by jerry work and material reduction.
