Carbon fiber reinforced concrete assembly structure
The invention discloses a carbon fiber reinforced concrete assembly structure, and relates to the technical field of concrete assembly, in order to improve the strength of concrete, different components are added in the concrete assembly part in the prior art, reinforcement is carried out through pre-embedded steel parts and even carbon fibers, and under the influence of the external environment, the carbon fiber reinforced concrete assembly structure can be used for reinforcing concrete. The concrete casting can crack at different degrees, the cracking is mainly derived from the change of temperature and humidity, and the concrete casting is sensitive to the change of the external environment, so that an assembly part can be conveniently embedded through a positioning bayonet and a separation block which are appointed and reserved; then, the upper end of the concrete main column is wrapped with second carbon fiber wrapping cloth and first carbon fiber wrapping cloth, protection on the surface of the concrete main column is enhanced through outer layer wrapping, and finally wrapping on the first carbon fiber wrapping cloth and the pre-embedded carbon cloth is enhanced under assembly of an assembly casting and a cavity; and the influence of external environment change on the innermost layer is also reduced to the minimum through layered wrapping.
本发明公开了一种碳纤维加固型混凝土装配结构,涉及混凝土装配技术领域,现如今的混凝土装配件中为了提高混凝土的强度会在内部添加不同的构件,其中通过预埋钢件甚至是利用碳纤维进行加固,在外界环境的影响中,混凝土铸件会出现不用程度的开裂,开裂也主要来源于温度湿度的变化,其中混凝土铸件对外界环境变化较为敏感,本发明通过指定预留定位卡口和分隔块可以便于装配件的嵌入,后通过碳纤维包裹布二和碳纤维包裹布一对混凝主柱的上端进行包裹,通过外层的包裹加大对混凝主柱表面的保护,最终装配铸件和空腔的装配下加大对碳纤维包裹布一和预埋碳布进行包裹,通过分层式的包裹使得外界环境变化对最内层的影响也降到最低。
