The invention relates to an adjustable combined connecting sleeve which comprises a first sleeve body and a second sleeve body, the first sleeve body and the second sleeve body are connected with third sleeve bodies respectively, annular wedge blocks used for being clamped with connecting pieces are installed in the third sleeve bodies, and a connecting rod is arranged between the first sleeve body and the second sleeve body. When a connecting piece is arranged in the middle of the annular wedge block in a penetrating mode, torsion is applied to the first sleeve, so that the first sleeve and the second sleeve generate axial force, the axial force is transmitted to the third sleeve, the third sleeve generates radial force on the annular wedge block under the action of the axial force, and axial friction force is generated between the annular wedge block and the connecting piece; axial force is transmitted from one end of the connecting piece to the other end of the connecting piece, and connection of the connecting piece is achieved. Compared with the prior art, the method is suitable for connecting pieces with different cross sections, different specifications and eccentric axes, and the connecting pieces do not need secondary machining and protection.
