The invention provides a jackscrew connecting sleeve. The jackscrew connecting sleeve comprises a jackscrew sleeve and a jackscrew, a first reinforcing steel bar and a second reinforcing steel bar areoppositely mounted in the jackscrew sleeve, a thread sleeve with an inner thread is sleeved with the jackscrew sleeve, a first thread head is mounted on the right end of the first reinforcing steel bar, a second thread head is mounted on the left end of the second reinforcing steel bar, the right end face of the first thread head and the left end face of the second thread head are provided with semicircular pouring holes, the semicircular pouring holes on the left and the right are combined into a pouring hole, the thread sleeve over the pouring hole and the jackscrew sleeve are provided withcorresponding through holes, molten steel is poured into the holes, positioning key strips are mounted between the first reinforcing steel bar and the jackscrew sleeve and between the second reinforcing steel bar and the jackscrew, a thread sleeve connecting structure and a molten steel pouring connecting structure are designed to jointly reinforce connecting stable properties of a built-in reinforcing steel bar and the jackscrew sleeve, the positioning key strips are mounted for avoiding staggered loosening of the built-in reinforcing steel bar, and the problem that engaging holding force ofthe jackscrew for the large-opening-diameter inner reinforcing steel bar is extremely small, and the reinforcing steel bar falls can be solved.
本发明提出的一种顶丝连接套筒，包括顶丝套筒和顶丝，第一钢筋和第二钢筋对置安装于顶丝套筒内；顶丝套筒内套设有带内螺纹的螺纹套；第一钢筋右端设有第一螺纹头，第二钢筋左端设有第二螺纹头；第一螺纹头的右端面上和第二螺纹头的左端面上皆设有半圆浇筑孔，左右的半圆浇筑孔结合为浇筑孔，浇筑孔正上方的螺纹套和顶丝套筒上设有对应的通孔，孔内浇灌有钢水；第一钢筋和第二钢筋与顶丝套筒之间还皆设有定位键条。本发明设计螺纹套连接结构和钢水浇筑连接结构共同强化内置钢筋和顶丝套筒的连接稳固性能，设置定位键条避免内置钢筋错位松动，解决顶丝对大口径内部钢筋的咬合抓持力显得极小、极易导致钢筋脱落的问题。
