The invention discloses a cantilever scaffold supporting system at a cantilever balcony part of a high-rise building, which comprises cantilever section steel arranged on a floor structure and a cantilever balcony. The system further comprises top supporting profile steel, inclined supporting profile steel, an inner anchoring assembly and an outer anchoring assembly, the top supporting profile steel is vertically arranged between the floor structures of the two adjacent floors, the top end of the top supporting profile steel is fixedly arranged on the bottom face of the floor structure of the upper floor, and the bottom of the top supporting profile steel is fixed to the top face of the floor structure of the floor through the outer anchoring assembly; the inner end of the overhanging profile steel is fixed in the outer anchoring assembly through the inner anchoring assembly, and the inner end of the overhanging profile steel is located between the floor structure of the floor and the back shore profile steel; the two ends of the diagonal bracing profile steel are fixed to the top bracing profile steel and the cantilever profile steel respectively.
