The invention discloses a right pre-signal control method for a U-turn lane at a road intersection, and belongs to the technical field of traffic management and control. According to the method, the limitation of road red lines on vehicle turning can be broken through, intersection space-time resources are fully utilized, safe vehicle turning at the intersection where turning cannot be achieved is achieved, and the overall traffic capacity of the intersection can be improved by controlling the right-turn pre-signal lamp and the turning-around pre-signal lamp.
