The invention discloses a high-strength low-permeability modified phase change aggregate as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The modified phase-change aggregate comprises the following raw materials: a phase-change aggregate and a packaging material, wherein the packaging material is prepared from a carbon mineralization gelling material, a heat-conducting additive, a filler, a reinforcing agent and water. According to the invention, a carbon mineralization reaction is carried out between the carbon mineralization cementing material and carbon dioxide, a compact structure layer taking carbonate minerals as a main product is generated on the surface of the phase-change aggregate, the strength of the phase-change aggregate is improved, and seepage of the phase-change material caused by damage of the phase-change aggregate in a mechanical stirring process can be effectively prevented. Meanwhile, a carbonate mineral shell formed on the surface of the phase-change aggregate can remarkably reduce the seepage amount of the phase-change material in the phase-change aggregate in the phase-change process, and the appearance of the concrete structure is improved. The temperature control efficiency and the service life of the phase-change aggregate can be remarkably improved, and the phase-change aggregate is widely applied to intelligent temperature control of building wallboards and enclosure structures, temperature rise control of mass concrete and snow melting and deicing of roads in winter.
本发明公开一种高强低渗的改性相变骨料及其制备方法与应用。该改性相变骨料的原料包括:相变骨料和封装材料;其中,封装材料的组成为:碳矿化胶凝材料、导热助剂、填料、增强剂、水。本发明利用碳矿化胶凝材料与二氧化碳发生碳矿化反应,在相变骨料表面生成以碳酸盐矿物为主要产物的致密结构层,提高相变骨料强度,可有效防止机械搅拌过程中由于相变骨料破损导致的相变材料渗出。同时,本发明在相变骨料表面形成的碳酸盐矿物外壳可显著减少其内部相变材料在相转变过程中的渗出量,改善混凝土结构外观。本发明可显著提高相变骨料的控温效率与使用寿命,并广泛应用于建筑墙板与围护结构智能控温、大体积混凝土温升控制以及冬季道路融雪化冰。
