Phase change energy storage aggregate as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a phase change energy storage aggregate as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the technical field of building materials. The phase change energy storage aggregate comprises a phase change material, a carrier and a packaging material, wherein the phase change material is obtained by sequentially adding n-caprylic acid, n-tetradecane and nano-graphite powder into n-capric acid; the carrier comprises a pore structure which is spherical or sphere-like, and the phase change material is at least partially arranged in pores or on the surface of the carrier; and the packaging material is used for packaging the phase change material and the carrier. The phase-change temperature of the phase-change energy-storage aggregate is 0-1 DEG C, and the phase-change energy-storage aggregate can be used for delaying and weakening snow accumulation and icing phenomena occurring on a concrete bridge deck during cooling, so that icing resistance of the concrete bridge deck is realized. The carrier adsorbs the phase-change material to reduce flowing of the phase-change material and relieve leakage of the phase-change material, the spherical or sphere-like carrier is used for improving packaging leakproofness, finally, the packaging effect is further improved through the bonding effect of the packaging material, and leakage of the phase-change material is reduced.
本发明公开了一种相变储能骨料及其制备方法和应用,涉及建筑材料技术领域。所述相变储能骨料包括相变材料、载体以及封装材料,所述相变材料由正辛酸、正十四烷、纳米石墨粉依次加入正癸酸中得到;所述载体包括孔隙结构,为球形或类球形,所述相变材料至少部分设置于载体的孔隙中或表面;所述封装材料用于包裹相变材料和载体。本发明的相变储能骨料的相变温度在0~1℃,可用于延缓与减弱降温时混凝土桥面出现的积雪结冰现象,实现混凝土桥面的抗结冰。本发明通过载体吸附相变材料减少相变材料的流动,缓解相变材料泄露,并使用球形或类球形的载体提高封装的严密性,最后利用封装材料的粘接作用进一步改善封装效果,减少相变材料泄露。
