The invention discloses a powder preparation process for improving the utilization rate of nano rock plate powder, which comprises the following steps: (1) sequentially adding all components into a ball mill according to the ratio of nano rock plate raw materials, then adding water, ball-milling into slurry, and uniformly mixing to obtain slurry; (2) enabling the slurry obtained in the step (1) to flow into a slurry tank, uniformly stirring, and aging for more than 48 hours; (3) feeding the aged slurry in the slurry tank in the step (2) into a spray drying tower through a slurry pump of the spray tower, and performing spray drying through the spray drying tower to prepare powder of the gradation required by the nano rock plate; wherein the pressure of the spray tower slurry pump is 18-22 kg/s; the aperture of a spray piece of a spray gun head used in the spray drying tower is 1.1-1.4 mm, and the thickness of a spinning disk of the spray gun head is 6-8 mm. By adjusting the internal structure and process parameters of the spray gun head of the original equipment, the powder grain composition required for producing the nano rock plate is obtained, the powder utilization rate is greatly improved, and the production cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种提高纳米石岩板粉料利用率的粉料制备工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)按纳米石岩板原料配比将各个组分依次投入球磨机中,再加入水,球磨成浆状,混合均匀后,得到浆料;(2)将步骤(1)得到的浆料流入浆池,搅拌均匀,陈腐48小时以上;(3)通过喷雾塔泥浆泵将步骤(2)浆池内陈腐好的浆料供入喷雾干燥塔内,经喷雾干燥塔进行喷雾干燥,制得纳米石岩板所需级配的粉料;其中,喷雾塔泥浆泵的压力为18‑22公斤/s;喷雾干燥塔中所用喷枪头的喷片孔径为1.1‑1.4mm,喷枪头的旋流片厚度为6‑8mm。本发明通过调整原有设备的喷枪头内部结构和工艺参数,从而获得生产纳米石岩板所需的粉料颗粒级配,且其粉料利用率大大提高,降低了生产成本。
