The asphalt concrete insulation box of the present invention comprises: a box main body with an open upper side; a cover covering the open upper side of the box body; and a rail-type cover opening and closing device for opening and closing the cover on the box main body. The box body is formed by an outer box and an inner box, the upper side of the outer box is open, the inner box is arranged on the inner side of the outer box and is smaller than the outer box, a plurality of fixing devices are arranged between the outer box and the inner box, the outer box is fixed to the outer side of the inner box through the fixing devices, a partition space is formed between the outer box and the inner box, and the partition space is filled with high-temperature heat insulation materials. The separated space is coated with a moisture-proof agent, so that moisture is prevented from being generated in the separated space due to the temperature difference between external air and the asphalt concrete.
