The invention relates to an asphalt road construction device. The invention discloses an asphalt screening and heat preservation device which comprises a box frame. The box frame; the top of the box frame is fixedly connected with a screen; a plurality of heat insulation plates are arranged on the box frame; the box frame forms a semi-closed box body structure through a plurality of insulation boards; a feeding hole is formed in the top of the box frame; according to the device, the heat preservation plate is arranged on the box frame, a semi-closed box body structure is formed by the heat preservation plate and the box frame, the heat preservation plate is additionally arranged on the outer portion, the heat preservation plate is used for conducting heat preservation on a heated asphalt screened material, and it is guaranteed that the temperature difference between the screened material and a paving material is small; therefore, the cohesiveness between the two is improved, and the influence of large temperature difference on construction quality is reduced.
