The invention provides a prefabricated corrugated steel web continuous box girder bridge and a construction method thereof.The box girder bridge comprises a top plate and a bottom frame arranged below the top plate, the bottom frame is of a U-shaped structure, and the two ends of the bottom frame are connected with the top plate; the bottom frame comprises a left section and a right section, the left section and the right section are both of an L-shaped structure, the horizontal end of the left section and the horizontal end of the right section are connected, and the vertical end of the left section and the vertical end of the right section are both connected with the top plate. According to the prefabricated corrugated steel web continuous box girder bridge, the prefabricated segments and the top plate are adopted to form the box girder bridge, the structure is simple, construction and assembly are easy, the site construction progress can be accelerated, and tedious site construction steps are reduced.
